What is your job at OneSource?

I am the payroll manager and handle workers' comp coordination. 

What responsibilities come with doing that job?  

I supervise payroll staff, assist with the implementation and training of new clients, troubleshoot escalated payroll issues, consult with clients regarding human resource questions, communicate changes in policy to clients, and act as a liaison for clients and employees. 

Wow, that’s a lot. What do you enjoy most about your job? 

Well, there's different situations and constantly different circumstances, which I do enjoy. You never know for sure what you're going to face. It's people I work with and knowing that there's going to be different challenges every day. I enjoy that.

We have a lot of clients who have been with us since the company was established, and I enjoy the relationships that we've built with our clients and their employees.

I have been here for over 18 years. And you know, I've seen the company evolve. At the same time, that human interaction and personable relationships have just continued to exceed what our customers actually expect. 

What is something most people don’t know about you?

That I am one of six girls… all siblings.

What is your favorite quarantine activity and why?

I really love playing cards (especially Rummy!) with my family.

If you could, where in the world would you be vacationing right now and why? 

I’d go anywhere with sun, white sandy beaches, and crystal blue water.
